Refund & Service Policy

At Pamper Me Day Spa, your comfort, trust, and satisfaction are incredibly important to us. Our policies are designed to ensure clarity, professionalism, and fairness for all clients. By booking a service with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

 

Refunds & Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds on services performed or on the purchase of gift cards.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be applied toward retail product purchases.

  • All product sales are final and not eligible for exchange, unless the product is defective.

 

Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.

  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) may result in a charge of 50–100% of the scheduled service, at the discretion of the spa.

 

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the next guest.

  • Full service fees still apply, regardless of time remaining.

 

Complaints & Service Adjustments

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, we welcome your feedback. In certain cases, and at the sole discretion of the owner, a complimentary follow-up or adjustment may be offered.

  • Complimentary services are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Medical & Skin Conditions

  • Clients are responsible for notifying our team of any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or allergies prior to treatment.

  • Pamper Me Day Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions that occur due to undisclosed conditions.

 

Service Expectations

  • Services will be performed as described at time of booking and by available qualified staff.

  • By booking, you acknowledge and trust our team’s expertise, and agree that service outcomes may vary based on individual needs.

 

Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who displays inappropriate, disrespectful, or abusive behavior toward staff or other guests.

  • We may also refuse service in cases where a treatment is deemed medically unsafe.

 

Spa Etiquette

  • To help maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that mobile phones be silenced and used discreetly during your visit.
